Sadomania, women’s prison

A newlywed couple, Olga (Uta Koepke) and Michael (Ángel Caballero), travel along the desert and accidentally enter the property of Magda Urtado (Ajita Wilson), who is the director of “Sadomania”, a kind of camp training. , where women are treated like slaves and are half-naked at all times. Magda keeps Olga captive while Michael is free to go, but later in the film he plans an escape for Olga. She goes to work with the other girls in the hot desert, and the rest of the film is a series of subplots, including one in which a few of the workers are sent to be prostitutes, one where a worker participates in a deadly game cat-and-mouse, and one where the powerless Governor Mendoza (Antonio Mayans, cast as Robert Foster) buys off some laborers to help him play. There’s also a scene where the Governor can finally have sex with his wife, but only while watching one of the workers get raped by a dog. Director Jesús Franco also stars in the film as an obviously gay man.
